How to Get Rid Of Frizzy Hair

Question: If anyone has come up with a perfect way to control frizzy hair can they please let me in on it?

It’s enough to make you wonder “What’s up with my hair? Why does it frizz up so easily which is quite annoying? ” isn’t it?

Having hair that won’t stay smooth and jumps at the chance to become frizzy can be supremely frustrating, I know.

But did you know this is more likely to happen with dry hair that isn’t properly moisturized? And even more so if you’ve got curly hair?

Frizzy Hair Defined: A cry for help from hair in search of moisture.

Okay so moisture’s the key to keeping frizz at bay but what do I do?

Well the first thing to do is think daily conditioner. .One that works to seal the cuticles. Because if the cuticles of your hair are the least bit open they all but invite the moisture from the air in. And then BAM. Instant frizz.

Investing in frizz busting products is also a good idea. Just remember there is no one product that works for everyone. But through trial and error you’ll want to find a conditioning shampoo that works for your hair, that’s for sure.

Towel drying with a micro fiber towel is usually best too. Remembering it’s better to squeeze than rub.

Given your hair’s tendency to be dry anyway it’s also smart to avoid the blow dryer. And if you must dry use a diffuser.

A pea sized dollop of serum smoothed into your hair after spreading it on your palms is another anti frizz trick. A second application repeated again as the final step after styling as usual will complete the job. Most popular brands include like shine serums in their line so this shouldn’t be hard to find.

Another similar trick is so called Moroccan Oil. And don’t worry. You hair will eat this up without ending up as greasy mess either. Here again a little goes a long way.

But you can’t rely on styling products alone. For instance if you blow dry never do so with your hair upside down. That’s a frizz disaster waiting to happen.

Still your hair is more likely going to be frizz free if you can avoid the heat of any blow dryer altogether.

Those are some ways to deal with, if not eliminate, frizzy hair.
